Preferred Real Estate Inspection Services is a privately owned and operated business out of South Bend, Indiana, and services the Michiana area. Since 2003, Preferred has dedicated itself to providing the best inspection reports possible, and to giving each client the personal care and attention they deserve.
Preferred consists of only one inspector, Joe Hartsough, ensuring that all inspections are carried out the same way each and every time. His background is in new home construction and renovation, which means he has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of a home from roof to foundation.
The reports used by Preferred are generated by proprietary software developed over the years to deliver the most client-friendly reports in the area. These reports are a narrative of your home, describing all important aspects of the property. If action is needed to correct any problems, a solution is recommended. Of course at times a second opinion may be needed or suggested.
